First, be aware that reports are sent on football and basketball gamedays only. There are no reports on other days.

The fact is, Emails are sometimes unexplainably delayed during delivery (some email accounts are worse than others in this regard).

On weekdays, you should receive our email no later than 6 ET.
On weekends, you should receive our email no later than a half hour before the first game.

(Many have improved delivery consistancy by adding a back-up email address to our list)
